Tasha in a backbend on a white sand dune, mountains and cloud behind her

Notes from the trail.

Itineraries, places worth the detour, and what I keep learning out there.

People kept asking me for my itineraries. So here they are.

Where I stayed, what was worth it, what I would skip, and the spots I would not have found without someone telling me. Plus the other things I write about — practice, nervous systems, and what travel keeps teaching me about perspective.

They come out as Field Notes, roughly one a month. Field Notes 001 is Costa Rica — eleven days on the Pacific coast, and what stayed with me afterwards.
