Movement & rest
Morning practice, restorative sessions, and — just as deliberately — time with nothing scheduled in it.
These are not escapes from your life. They are invitations to return to it more fully.
A retreat is the one format where everything Tasha does can happen in the same week — movement in the morning, sound at night, a long walk somewhere that puts your problems in proportion, and enough unstructured time that you actually hear yourself think.
Next retreat
The next retreat is close. Waitlist members get access before it opens to the public — which is exactly how the last one filled.
That was Costa Rica, 14–19 January 2027: five days at Danyasa Eco-Retreat Center in Dominical, where the jungle meets the sea. Waterfall hikes, movement, real rest, and a group small enough that you knew everyone by the end. Sold out.

The mix changes with the place, but these are the ingredients.
Morning practice, restorative sessions, and — just as deliberately — time with nothing scheduled in it.
Evening sound journeys, guided meditation, and the kind of quiet that is hard to find at home.
Hikes, water, and getting somewhere that takes effort to reach. Perspective is the point.
Shared meals, real conversation, and space at the end to work out what you are taking home.

No. Retreats are built so that someone who has never done a sound journey and someone who teaches yoga can both get what they came for. Nothing is mandatory — including the optional early morning practice.
It depends on the retreat and what is available at the venue. Shared and private options are usually both offered, priced differently.
TODO(owner): confirm room options and pricing structure.
Typically accommodation, meals, all sessions and practices, and planned excursions. Flights and travel to the location are usually separate.
TODO(owner): confirm exactly what is and is not included, and the deposit / payment plan terms.
TODO(owner): confirm — the brand dossier notes retreats may run under Three Little Lunas, under Happily Ever Yoga, or as collaborations. This affects how they are described and who takes bookings.
Retreat dates go to the mailing list before they reach the website.
