Reiki Level 1
Your first attunement. The history and principles, how to work with energy, and hands-on practice for treating yourself and the people around you. No prior experience needed.
Some people come for a session. Some people come because they want to do this work themselves.
Trainings are for yoga teachers, bodyworkers, therapists, and anyone who has felt what these modalities do and wants to learn to offer them. They are also for people with no professional intention at all who simply want the practice for their own life — both are welcome, and the room is usually a mix.
Dates are announced to the mailing list first — most trainings are capped at a small group.

The practitioner level. Symbols, distance healing, and working with clients rather than only yourself. Level 1 is a prerequisite.
How the bowls actually work, how to play them with intention, and how to build a simple sound journey — whether for a class you already teach or for your own practice at home.
For teachers and practitioners who have the training but want help holding the room — pacing, boundaries, reading a group, and building the confidence to lead your own offerings.
No. Plenty of people take Reiki 1 purely for themselves and their family and never treat a client. The training is the same either way.
An attunement, the practical ability to use it, and a certificate for the levels that issue one.
TODO(owner): confirm certification wording — Usui lineage details and what each level entitles someone to practise.
Small. Attunements are personal and the group size is kept low deliberately, which is also why dates fill quickly from the mailing list.
TODO(owner): confirm typical maximum group size.
Trainings are small and usually fill before they reach the calendar.
