Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we collect it, and who else touches it. Short version: we collect what you give us in order to reply to you and run your session, plus basic anonymous numbers about how the site is used. We do not sell any of it to anyone.

What this covers
This policy applies to threelittlelunas.com and to our booking site, which runs on OfferingTree. Both are operated by Three Little Lunas, LLC.
Browsing threelittlelunas.com
You do not need an account, and there is nothing to fill in. You can read every page of this site without telling us who you are.
What happens in the background:
- Server logs. Our host records the usual request data — IP address, browser, page requested, timestamp — for security and troubleshooting. We do not use it to build a profile of you.
- Fonts. Our typefaces load from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads. That is true of a large share of the web.
- Measurement. We may use analytics and advertising measurement tools — currently Google Analytics and the Meta pixel — to understand which pages people find useful and whether our advertising reaches the right people. These set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser and share usage data with those providers. We use them to count and improve, never to identify you personally.
You can opt out of measurement at any time using your browser’s privacy settings, an ad blocker, or Google’s opt-out add-on. Nothing on this site stops working if you do.
Contacting us or booking a session
When you use the contact form or book, we collect what you type: your name, your email, your message, and — for a booking — your phone number, the session and date, and anything you tell us in an intake question. This lives in OfferingTree, the platform that runs our scheduling and client records.
That form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, so Google receives device and usage signals from that page in order to tell a person from a bot.
Paying
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe. Three Little Lunas never sees, handles, or stores your full card number.
What we do with it
We use your information to reply to you, schedule and run your session, take payment, send you what you asked for, and keep the records a small business is required to keep for tax purposes.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it. We do not share it so that anyone else can advertise to you.
Who else touches it
Four companies process data on our behalf, each under their own terms:
- OfferingTree — booking, client records, contact messages, and our email list
- Stripe — payments
- Railway — website hosting
- Google — Fonts, reCAPTCHA, and Analytics
- Meta — advertising measurement, where we are running ads
Beyond those, information is shared only where the law requires it.
Marketing email
You will only receive marketing email if you asked for it. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and you can also just tell us to stop and we will.
How long we keep it
- Client and booking records — for as long as you are a client, and afterwards for as long as tax and record-keeping rules require.
- Contact messages that never became a booking — up to two years.
- Email list — until you unsubscribe.
Sessions are a separate promise
What you say in a session is covered by the confidentiality section of our Terms & Conditions, which is stricter than this policy. Nothing discussed in a session is shared with anyone.
One thing to be clear about, because it matters: Tasha and Kylie are not clinical counsellors, so HIPAA does not apply to sessions with them. Kelly is a Licensed Independent Social Worker, but HIPAA only applies to work covered by legal consent forms signed in session before services begin. Readings given in a public space such as a market or a fair cannot be guaranteed confidential by the nature of the space, though we will always do our best.
Minors
Our services are not directed at people under 18. A minor must have a parent or guardian present, and we may ask for identification to confirm age or guardianship.
Your choices
Wherever you live, you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We will do it, minus anything we are legally required to keep. Ask through the contact form and we will come back to you.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
