Small Group Sound Bath
Crystal bowls tuned to 432 Hz — the frequency of the earth. Waves of sound from a range of instruments build a calm, therapeutic atmosphere that tends to leave people unusually still.
Group healing offers something a private session cannot: shared intention. In a group, everyone contributes to the atmosphere, and that collective quiet tends to carry people further than they would go alone.
It also does something quietly powerful — it reduces the sense of being the only one working through something. People arrive as individuals and leave having witnessed each other.
We bring the instruments, the setup, and the holding; you bring your people. Sessions run 45 to 90 minutes and can be held at a studio, your workplace, a home, or an outdoor venue.
What we offer
Four ways to gather — from a handful of friends to a full team.
Crystal bowls tuned to 432 Hz — the frequency of the earth. Waves of sound from a range of instruments build a calm, therapeutic atmosphere that tends to leave people unusually still.
Your friends, family, or coworkers with one of our practitioners — sound and vibrational therapy, a sound bath, and guided meditation. You choose the theme together beforehand.
A sound bath or guided reset for a team — an offsite, a wellness day, or a stretch of work that has asked a lot of people. Tasha spent years coaching inside high-stress corporate systems, so these are built for people who are short on time and possibly skeptical.
Also available for small groups
Two of our 1:1 offerings can be booked as a small group experience for up to four people — a good option for a birthday, a family, or a few friends who want something quieter than an event.

The bowls travel. A studio, a backyard, a park, a conference room at four in the afternoon — the setup takes about twenty minutes and the space becomes the space.
Kylie or Tasha will walk the venue with you beforehand, and you never have to think about the instruments, the mats, or the timing. You bring your people and lie down with them.
Ask about a venueThere is no minimum and no maximum. It depends entirely on what you are asking for — two people in a living room and forty at a company away day are both a yes. Tell us the shape of it and we will build to that.
A studio, your workplace, a home, or an outdoor venue. We bring the instruments and the setup — you provide the space and the people. We regularly work in studios, parks, farms, and offices across Southwest Ohio.
Two to three weeks is comfortable for most group sessions. Corporate sessions and larger gatherings benefit from more notice, particularly around holidays.
