Every chapter I thought was separate was preparing me for the same work.

Corporate coaching. Embodiment and energy work. Nature and adventure.

Three Little Lunas is where they finally came together.

Founder & guide

Meet Tasha

Tasha Leonard is the founder of Three Little Lunas and a guide for those seeking a life of greater presence, wonder, and possibility.

Her work brings together corporate coaching, yoga, Reiki, sound and vibrational therapy, retreats, nature, and adventure — not as separate practices, but as different pathways leading toward the same destination: helping people reconnect with themselves, expand beyond perceived limitations, and create a life that feels deeply authentic.

Whether she’s guiding a sound journey beneath the stars, leading a retreat immersed in nature, mentoring someone through a season of change, or teaching a room full of students, her intention is always the same — to create experiences that invite people to slow down, become curious, and reconnect with the wisdom that’s been within them all along.

How I Found My Way Here

For years, I coached leaders and teams through uncertainty, resistance, and meaningful change.

Day after day, I found myself asking the same questions — not just about work, but about life. What keeps us stuck? What helps us grow? Why do some people transform while others remain caught in familiar patterns?

Corporate coaching taught me how people navigate change. It sharpened my ability to listen beneath the surface, recognise the patterns shaping someone’s experience, and ask the questions that create lasting shifts. More importantly, it revealed where my heart truly belonged.

I realised I was not just passionate about helping people succeed at work — I was passionate about helping them build lives that felt deeply aligned with who they are.

Today, that same foundation lives at the heart of Three Little Lunas. I blend the structure of change coaching with the perspective gained through nature, the wisdom of embodied practices, and years of guiding people through meaningful transformation, to help them create lives that feel more intentional, more expansive, and unmistakably their own.

Community of practitioners

She does not hold it alone.

Two practitioners work alongside Tasha, each bringing training of their own. Between them they cover Reiki, sound, healing circles, and clinical hypnotherapy — and you will meet them at circles, seasonal events, and group sessions.

Reiki & Sound

Kylie Davis

An educator by day and a lifelong lover of music and sound. Kylie is Usui Reiki II attuned and hosts healing circles alongside our sound journeys and seasonal events.

She is usually the one setting the bowls out before anyone arrives — in a studio, a backyard, or a park at the far end of a mown path.

Hypnotherapy

Kelly Fisher, LISW

A Licensed Independent Social Worker who provides mental health therapy for children and adolescents. Kelly is Usui Reiki II attuned, a Certified Hypnotherapist, and runs monthly healing events.

Her hypnotherapy work is the one offering here that runs on a clinical footing as well as an intuitive one — it starts with a short consultation so you can decide together whether it fits.

The room is usually outside.

The bamboo forest, the flower farm, the dunes, the shoreline at first light. Tasha teaches indoors when the weather insists, but the work lands differently when there is weather in it — when the ground is uneven and the light keeps changing and nothing is climate-controlled.

It is also the reason the retreats look the way they do. You are not sent somewhere beautiful to look at it. You are put into it.
