Root & Bloom- Restorative Yoga and Sound Journey at The Marmalade Lily (Sept)

Join us for an evening of flowers, rest, and resonance at The Marmalade Lily.

The experience will begin by gathering a handpicked bouquet from the U-Pick flower field, letting your intuition guide you through color, texture, and scent.

Then, we will gather together by the serene Hydrangea Wall space for a 75-minute sound-centered experience as the sun starts to set.

There will be 30 minutes of restorative yoga postures supported by crystal singing bowls to ease tension from the body, followed by a 45-minute immersive sound journey—featuring chimes, flute, and bowls to guide you into stillness and inner bloom.

Leave feeling grounded, softened, and renewed—bouquet in hand, heart wide open.
