We’ll begin with a peaceful hour among the blooms at Lawson Family Flower Farm, where you'll handpick flowers from the fields and mindfully craft your own flower crown. Let your intuition guide you—choosing colors, textures, and blooms that reflect your energy and intention.

Once your crown is complete, we’ll settle in for a one-hour immersive sound journey. Surrounded by nature and held in community, you’ll be guided into rest with the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, and other sacred instruments.

This gentle, heart-opening experience is the perfect way to start your Sunday—grounded, adorned, and deeply tuned in. All materials provided. Please bring a yoga mat, cozy layers, and anything that helps you feel comfortable lying down outdoors.
