MINORS

To receive a reading as a minor, a parent or guardian must be present. The reader reserves the right to request identification to confirm age, or establish guardianship.

 

CONFIDENTIALITY

All information exchanged between our clients and ourselves during readings and/or emails shall remain confidential. No personal information shall be passed on to anyone, including third parties. This is a non- judgement zone. If information is given to the reader regarding criminal or suspected criminal activity, the reader has no obligation to confidentiality of the client. Tasha and Kylie are not  clinical counselors, therefore you are not protected by HIPAA, etc. Kelly is a clinical counselor, however, when receiving services at Three Little Lunas, you are not protected by HIPAA, etc. unless the service being provided has legal consent forms that you have signed, in person with Kelly, before services begin. With readings given in a public space (ie: markets, fairs, etc), We can not guarantee confidentiality due to the nature of the space. However, we will make their best attempt to keep information private in these spaces.

REFUNDS

All payments are final. Any refund that is provided will be provided solely at TLL's discretion, and will be minus fees where applicable. If you miss your scheduled session, TLL has the right to refuse the refund for time worked, regardless of your attendance. No appointment is finalized as "accepted" or "scheduled" until payment is received. Be sure the window you sign up for works for you. Cancellations/ reschedules will not be accepted within 48 hours of the scheduled session, if there is a conflict, reach out to Tasha, Kylie or Kelly as soon as possible and They will do their best to accommodate. No refunds are provided for "quality" concerns with your service due to above disclaimers.

 

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOUR SERVICE

It helps to prepare yourself mind, body and spirit before the reading. Take a moment to catch your breath, have a snack and a drink of water, and please use the restroom prior to your reading if needed. The more at ease you are, the better results you will yield from your session. If you are interested in recording your reading, please make the provider aware prior as a courtesy. A brief written summary of your reading will be provided, but it will not be as detailed as your reading.
