Begin your morning immersed in the beauty of the gardens with a nourishing experience designed to awaken both body and spirit.

Your experience begins with the opportunity to hand-pick your own bouquet from the flower fields, inviting you to slow down, connect with nature, and gather beauty to take home with you. From there, we’ll move into an intentional slow flow yoga practice designed to gently awaken the body, create spaciousness through movement, and help you rise into your day feeling grounded, open, and energized.

This practice is approachable for all levels and will focus on mindful movement, breath, and presence—offering a balanced blend of flow, stretch, and embodied awareness.
