Flow & Frequency - Slow Flow & Sound Nidra at The Marmalade Lily (Sept 30)

Move, breathe, and soften into the rhythm of the evening with a balanced experience designed to energize the body and settle the mind.

Your experience begins with the opportunity to hand-pick your own bouquet from the flower fields, inviting you to slow down, connect with nature, and gather beauty to take home with you. From there, we’ll move through 45 minutes of intentional slow flow yoga designed to awaken the body, build gentle heat, and create spaciousness through mindful movement and breath.

The evening will conclude with a 30-minute sound nidra, where immersive healing instruments and layered vibrations will guide you into a deeply restful meditative state—helping calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and support full-body restoration.
